Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we canโt offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing you can return your purchase for a refund, exchange or gift cardโwhether itโs a sale, full-price or clearance item (unless specified in the excluded change of mind products below). To be eligible:
- Youโll need proof of purchase (either your tax invoice or the packing slip included with your order);
- The purchase was made within the last 30 days; and
- The product is unused, unwashed, in its original saleable condition, with all packaging and labels intact. If itโs a perishable item, it must not be expired.
If your purchase included a โGift with Purchaseโ, the gift must also be returned with the original item.
We sincerely apologize if you received a wrong or damaged item. Rest assured, we will investigate and provide the proper compensation.

For missing item(s), kindly send us a clear photo showing all the items inside the parcel.
